January 25th, 2010strange dream
January 25th, 2010About a month ago, I woke up and remembered a dream I had (this is really rare — I remember maybe two or three dreams each year) and wrote it down. I just found the paper, so here you go — a glimpse into my unconscious mind.
I was driving cross-country to meet my long-distance girlfriend. I was driving our new Jeep. Then it turned out she was 15, and I was 19. Then, for some reason, I wasn’t able to get communion, so I and about 50 other people were stopped at a gas station where there was a priest handing out pieces of sticky buns for communion.
As I recall, the priest was also wearing a Neanderthal-style bufflo-skin robe or coat… any Daniels out there to tell me what this means?

January 9th, 2010So the photos I took yesterday didn’t give me much to choose from — here’s my lunch. A frozen Jamaican beef turnover for only a buck! What a steal!
